Processing
Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order before shipping or local pickup. Additional delays may occur during product launches or sales depending on the volume of orders. I am a small home-based business and make each set of unpaper towels, wipes or facial rounds myself (while working full-time). Many items listed are made to order and will take time to cut, sew and package before making their way into your home.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped as a expedited parcel or lettermail with Canada Post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and customers will be provided with a tracking number when available. For all mailing options, expect delays due to COVID-19. Currently shipping is available available for BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, and Maritimes, Northern Canada and the United States. Please contact me if you are outside these areas and I can get a shipping quote.
Local Pickup
I am happy to offer a free local pickup option in Saskatoon.
Pick up is available in River Heights by scheduling a pickup time in my online pickup calendar. A link to the scheduling calendar and instructions will be provided in your confirmation email after your order has been processed.
Product Care
All fabrics have been pre-washed and dried to minimize shrinking on your end.
Absorbency: To maintain the absorbency of your fabrics, do not use fabric softeners or other laundry products that may coat the fibers. It is also important to keep in mind that each fabric may be sourced from different fabric suppliers and manufacturers that vary in their absorbency, so you can expect some differences between the various unpaper towels offered.
Staining: Unpaper towels, facial round and wipes will stain over time, they are in no way stain resistant. If you have cleaned any of the typical fabric staining messes such as wine or coffee, you may want to rinse immediately and/or pretreat your fabrics.
Most Solid and Print Unpaper towels. These can be washed with like colors in your regular laundry and tumble dried.
Organic Fabrics. Wash in cold water with a pH neutral soap. Tumble dry on low.
Naturally Hand Dyed Fabrics. These fabrics naturally vary in wash fastness and light fastness. These are more variable fabrics and the colors may change over time. Additionally, these are more sensitive to pH and may react to certain cleaners (acidic or basic), soaps or foods. We recommend using a pH neutral soap (I recommend Ecos Laundry Soap from Costco) and cold water when washing. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. Do not let your naturally dyed fabrics sit in your washing machine!
Facial rounds. Wash in a lingerie or laundry bag. I wash mine with regular laundry but a delicate cycle will keep them looking nicer for longer. Some makeup will stain the rounds, to prevent staining rinse immediately and/or pretreat before washing.
Return POlicy
We are a small shop and do not have the means to process returns at this point in time. All sales processed through the website are considered final sale. Iām happy discuss any issues case-by-case basis with customers.
